As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Agency Partnerships – Ad Sales professional to build and strengthen relationships with media agencies and performance marketing partners while driving revenue growth across our app marketing and affiliate marketing solutions.
As an Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with advertising agencies, affiliate networks, and performance marketing partners. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key agency accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful user acquisition campaigns for advertisers.
The ideal candidate has an established network within media agencies, understands the performance marketing ecosystem, and possesses strong consultative selling skills.

Build and manage relationships with media agencies, performance agencies, affiliate networks, and key decision-makers.

Drive new business acquisition through agency partnerships and strategic alliances.

Generate revenue by promoting Admattic's app marketing, affiliate marketing, and performance advertising solutions.

Understand client objectives and recommend tailored performance marketing strategies.

Develop and execute agency engagement plans to maximize campaign opportunities.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and campaign deliverables.

Collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and optimization.

Work closely with publisher, affiliate, and advertiser teams to identify scalable growth opportunities.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Represent Admattic at industry events, networking sessions, conferences, and client meetings.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the performance marketing ecosystem.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

4–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Agency Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or App Marketing.

Existing relationships with media agencies, digital agencies, affiliate networks, or performance marketing partners.

Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, ROAS, LTV, attribution, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), and mobile user acquisition.

Knowledge of affiliate ecosystems, incentive/non-incentive traffic, OEM, DSP, and programmatic advertising is preferred.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience selling app install campaigns or performance marketing solutions.

Prior experience working with affiliate networks, mobile advertising platforms or AdTech companies.

Exposure to gaming, fintech, e-commerce, BFSI, D2C, OTT, or consumer internet advertisers.
