About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative intern who is eager to learn the content development process for films, OTT, television, digital content, and branded entertainment. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling instincts, be proactive, and have an interest in research, script development, and creative ideation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the creative team in developing original concepts and content ideas.
- Conduct research on trends, audience preferences, genres, and reference material.
- Prepare concept notes, story briefs, presentations, and pitch documents.
- Read, review, and summarize scripts, books, articles, and other source material.
- Support writers and the creative team during brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain creative databases, references, and content libraries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creative tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest films, OTT content, television shows, and digital media trends.
- Perform other creative and production-related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing (3rd year of the degree) or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Literature, Film Studies, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in storytelling, cinema, television, and digital content.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
