This is a full-time, field job for a Print Onsite Support Engineer located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support for printing equipment and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working closely with customers to ensure their printing systems function efficiently. The engineer will also be expected to diagnose and resolve system errors, manage routine maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations. On the job training will be provided before independent operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support related to printing equipment and software
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address and resolve client concerns
Proficiency in Operating Systems to configure and manage print devices and networks
Ability to work independently and efficiently in on-site customer environments
Flexibility to adapt to varied customer requirements and environments
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with print management systems is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
