Job Summary
Sukhmani Diagnocare is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, procurement, and coordination with different departments. The ideal candidate should be well‑organized, disciplined, and capable of managing stock efficiently to support smooth operations of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Handle procurement, purchase requests, and vendor coordination
- Ensure timely availability of consumables, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain inventory registers, issue slips, and stock reports
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
- Coordinate with departments for material requirements
- Prevent stock shortages, wastage, and misuse
- Follow organizational policies, discipline, and reporting structure
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Store Manager or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills
- Honest, responsible, and disciplined approach to work
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of billing or purchase management is an advantage
