Job Summary
ITAM Lead – Job description: Role Description: • Exceptional communication skills. • Knowledgeable about current Microsoft Office Suites, SNOW AMDB configuration, SCCM basics, Lifecycle of asset • Familiar with anti-virus technologies (McAfee ePO / Symantec Endpoint Protection, AV Defender, etc.). • Familiar with software deployment technologies (SCCM, Altiris, Ghost, any repackaging tools). • Knowledge on Azure AD environment & SNOW integration • Knowledgeable about basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, sub netting). • Familiar with remote access technologies (VPN, dial-up, terminal services). • Knowledgeable about current Microsoft Windows operating systems, Intune & JAMF. • Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users. • Knowledge on PCAAS asset model & implementation • Had worked with H/W manufacturer on certifications, parts replacement process • Experience in handling client escalations, managed large team as part of daily operations • Should have managed hiring of team members & KT between team members • Responsible to manage ticket volumes and Coordinator assignments to process tickets efficiently and timely • Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and reporting are completed • Governance to ensure smooth execution of project work. • Experience in collaborating with multiple stake holders & handled implementations • Knowledge on IMAC integration with HR systems & SNOW • Thorough understanding of hardware and peripherals with experience supporting Microsoft operating systems in a networked environment; Windows 10 and above. Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Education: 3 - 4 years of university education post High school (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.) or above (Post Graduation)
