Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Assist customers with rewards, cashback offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Provide information regarding campaign participation and reward status.
- Support customers facing technical issues related to SMS, QR codes, websites, or mobile applications
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Verify customer documents and invoices as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
