Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverages, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Take beverage orders and provide recommendations to guests when required.
- Ensure proper presentation, garnishing, and consistency of all drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Handle bar equipment and glassware carefully and responsibly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service guidelines.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Cocktail-making and mixology knowledge.
- Knowledge of bar inventory and cost control.
- Guest-handling and upselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
