Job Description:
Project Description: (Project on which the new hire will work) : Warehouse operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
l Knowledge on Outbound (B2C, B2B, B2D), Inbound operations(Invoice processing/GRN/Receiving/TAT).
l Ensure quick fulfilment of orders in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs & ensure metrics are met.
l Control shrinkage at store, and ensure complete adherence to SOPs & processes.
l Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.
l Exposure on return(Sales return) process.
l Ensure 100% load processing in shift & maintain process TAT.
l Ensure L-0 & L-1 metrics are met.
l Identify gaps & drive improvements through Kaizen ideas.
l Awareness of process knowledge and industry working experience(E-commerce).
l Root Cause Analysis techniques.
l Operations Management.
l knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint usability.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Ability to work effectively as a leading member of a dynamic, dispersed team.
l Training & mentoring the team.
l Team Handling skills, Problem-solving skills - working in challenging environments.
l Manage off roll employees & ensure timely availability & performance.
l Ensure/Monitor that all assets are in working condition, and are accounted for.
l Team leadership.

l Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
l Drive the Horizontal replication of Good practices within the organization/Benchmark organization etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
