Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Experience : 8 to 10 years.
Position Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects for the sales team. This entry- to mid-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills. The SDR will work closely with Sales and Marketing Team to generate leads, nurture relationships, and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Do data mining and identify prospective clients
· Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
· Identify and research target customers and key decision makers.
· Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and route them to the sales team members.
· Schedule meetings for Sales Team.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
· Nurture leads via email marketing and calls. Should be able to generate proper content for email marketing and client nurturing
· Collaborate with Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
· Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Up to 3yrs. experience with outbound prospecting or sales is required.
· At least 2 year experience in US outbound calling for both B2B and B2C.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
· Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
· Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: 10 lakhs
Location: Work from Office, Baner, Pune
Shift Timings: 5.00 pm to 2.00 am IST
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
