Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.
* Maintain compliance records, trackers, and documentation.
* Handle bookkeeping activities, including recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
* Prepare, verify, and finalize monthly salary calculations, including attendance, deductions, and payroll records.
* Maintain invoice trackers and monitor receivables, payables, and invoice status.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS for management.
* Possess basic knowledge of GST and TDS provisions, including invoice verification and compliance support.
* Coordinate with employees, vendors, clients, and consultants regarding finance and compliance matters.
* Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and statutory documents.
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, payroll processing, and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and documentation abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts, Bookkeeping & compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
