Experience & skills : –
· Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Sales of VRV, Central plant/ Chiller systems/ Ventilation for Commercial, Industrial and Residential buildings.
· Auto- cad drafting skills
· In depth knowledge of engineering in HVAC.
Key Role:-
Leads/ Inquiry Generation.
Market / Business development through consultants, PMC's, EPC's, turnkey contractors, architects etc.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Generate new sales leads and develop relationship with clients.
- Prepare and present HVAC proposal to the client.
- Provide technical guidance to client ensuring their HVAC system meets their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales agreement with client.
- Coordinate with various departments as necessary, like Designing, Procurement, Execution and report to Gen. Manager/ Asst. Gen Manager in assessing and recording on-site progress.
