About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Take complete ownership of campaigns from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.
- Plan, allocate, and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Market place Ads will be bonus)
- Experience managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns independently.
- Proven experience in advertising budget planning, allocation, and optimization.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, or similar tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
