Civil Engineer (Building Construction) – Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage building construction projects from start to completion.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans.
- Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare project schedules and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Estimate project costs, quantities, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and government standards.
- Manage labor workforce and allocate resources efficiently.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of construction materials.
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience in building construction projects preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
