El Bharat Holidays is looking for an experienced Tour & Travel Sales & Operations Executive who can effectively manage travel sales, convert inquiries into bookings, create customized holiday packages, and coordinate day-to-day travel operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel industry and be capable of independently handling customer interactions and tour execution.
Key Responsibilities: Travel Sales
- Handle travel inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and referrals.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Prepare quotations, package costing, and travel proposals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements: Mandatory
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Tour & Travel Sales and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic destinations, including Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, and Char Dham Yatra.
- Experience in itinerary creation, package costing, and customer handling.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience with international holiday packages and visa assistance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and travel booking platforms.
- Existing industry contacts with hotels, transporters, or DMCs will be an advantage.
