Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe consultation
- Understand customer preferences, body types, occasions, and fashion needs
- Recommend outfits, fabrics, silhouettes, and accessories
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase bill value through upselling
- Build strong repeat-client relationships and customer loyalty
- Maintain premium customer service standards
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Stay updated on fashion trends, collections, fabrics, and fits
- Assist in inventory handling, stock replenishment, and billing
- Mentor junior fashion consultants (senior-level responsibility)
- Participate in in-store events, launches, and designer showcases
Skills Required
- Strong styling and fashion sense
- Luxury retail/customer handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset
- Knowledge of women’s fashion trends, fabrics, and fits
- Grooming and presentation skills
- Client relationship management
- Visual merchandising understanding
Eligibility
- 2–4 years experience in premium/luxury fashion retail preferred
- Women’s wear retail experience is highly valued
- Graduate preferred (Fashion/Retail background advantageous)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
