Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential MSME clients and business owners.
- Explain government subsidy schemes, business loans, registrations, and certification services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding their requirements and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide service-related information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer handling.
- Ability to convince and convert leads into business.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- English communication will be an added advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, banking, finance, loans, or consultancy services will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
