Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Track and manage leads across CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups with sales team
- Maintain clean and updated data
Finance Coordination
- Raise invoices and track payments
- Follow up on pending dues
- Maintain invoice records
Operations & Clearance
- Coordinate internal approvals and processes
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain documentation
Client Satisfaction
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Track feedback and resolve gaps
- Ensure timely communication and delivery
Skills Required
- Strong coordination & follow-up
- Good communication
- Detail-oriented with high ownership
- Basic CRM/Excel knowledge
Experience
0–3 years (B2B/service industry preferred)
