We are hiring experienced staff for rubber sole production in a footwear manufacturing unit.

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rubber sole manufacturing or footwear production.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rubber sole production machines.
- Handle molding, pressing, trimming, and finishing processes.
- Maintain production quality standards.
- Check raw materials and finished products for defects.
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
- Support maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production team.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of rubber sole manufacturing process.
- Ability to work with production machinery.
- Basic quality inspection skills.
- Teamwork and time management.
- Understanding of workplace safety.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
