Role Overview
Mosaic is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking a
highly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplace
operations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels.
Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning.
Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence.
Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis.
Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders.
Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Exposure to cross-border ecommerce logistics.
Understanding of VAT and compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehousing partners.
