We are seeking a motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students about our educational programs and assist them through the admission process. The role involves communicating with students and parents, explaining course offerings, and supporting enrollment activities to help the institution achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to prospective students and parents about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students to help them choose suitable academic programs based on their interests and goals.
- Follow up with inquiries received through phone, email, website, or walk-ins.
- Assist students through the admission and registration process.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the system.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams regarding student admissions.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, or outreach programs when required.
- Meet enrollment targets while maintaining a professional and supportive approach with students.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet)
- Ability to explain programs clearly and build rapport with students
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive and confident attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, customer service, or sales is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
