Position: Site supervisor
Experience: 2-3 yrs
Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site horticulture activities, including landscape installations and plant maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all the horticultural work meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
- Site Management: Co-ordinate logistics, materials and equipment to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Client Interactions: Maintain positive client relationships by providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping or related field.
- Knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques will be a plus point.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
