Role details
The incumbent will be part of the team which is responsible for implementing the Learning & Development agenda and capability building programs in line with organization requirements. This role requires collaborating effectively with stakeholders across levels and from diverse functions.
Job responsibilities Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following
Training plan based on the training needs analysis, create a training delivery plan for the year across various cohorts and publish training calendar every month
Training Delivery & program management
Work on the implementation of training plan for the year in collaboration with RHR team.
Collaborate with various external partners and SMEs for each program to ensure maximum value delivery
Manage program logistics and post program feedback
Training Dashboards Tracking data for L&D metrics and manage dashboards and reporting
Support with inputs for training design and to gather training needs (capture voice of customer through focused groups discussions, one-on-one conversations, and surveys) based on current program analysis to design programs fit to roles.
