- Project Receipt list / Ontime payment Collection - Target achievement
- Studio Team Management - Drawing request to Studio - Ontime & Request Register update through SIC
- Projects execution and update Project Esssentials - 11 nos through PM's. Ontime or early completion of project stages with Customer Satisfaction
- Quality of work - Techno Commercial - Audit Compliance through SA/QC
- AMC's and Compliants Management through TMC Manager
- CRF, CSP & CSR coordination through CRM Team
- Vendor (Suppliers & Contractors) identifications and Contract Management
- Project P & L management as per Budget and release on incentives, Team Management / Evaluation.
Residential / Commercial - construction and interior industry experience is must.
