Position: Area Manager
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Manage outlet managers and staff efficiently.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the central team for operations, marketing, and maintenance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Support new outlet openings, staff training, and operational improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or food service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel between café outlets in Chennai.
