We operate a large multi-floor showroom along with our own manufacturing facility, enabling us to provide customized furniture solutions to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
* Attend walk-in customers professionally and understand their requirements.
* Explain furniture products, materials, finishes, and customization options.
* Generate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
* Convert inquiries into sales.
* Coordinate with production and operations teams for customer requirements.
* Maintain customer records and follow-up data.
* Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
* Strong communication skills in Hindi.
* Good personality and customer-handling ability.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
* Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
* Sales experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, automobiles, retail, or luxury products preferred.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate preferred.
* 1–5 years of sales experience.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
