a) Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property
b) Real estate, international property consultants (CBRE, C&W, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank).
Key responsibilities
- Adhering to all Compliance and safety standards in all activities.
- Support zones in Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property
- Prepare reports for management approvals and information
- Supporting zones in technical aspects for all projects.
- Providing cost optimization ideas.
- Coordination with Zonal teams and other internal & external stakeholders.
Desirables:
- Good knowledge of market trends.
- Knowledge of latest tools trends of Real estate business
