In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international customer base, delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting technical or account issues, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Query Resolution: Assist international customers via voice or semi-voice channels, handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot complex problems, process customer requests, and consistently maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Documentation: Accurately log, track, and update customer interactions, issues, and escalation details within the company CRM database.
- Escalation Management: Route unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in international voice or semi-voice processes. (Exceptional freshers with outstanding English proficiency may be considered).
- Language Skills: Excellent, near-native English communication skills (both verbal and written). Additional proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi) is a plus depending on the assigned process.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, strong typing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools/ticketing systems.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including dedicated night shifts to support international business hours.
