Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Explain company services and answer customer queries.
Maintain records of calls and customer information.
Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements.
Visit clients and locations as assigned.
Collect required information and provide customer support.
Make follow-up calls to customers.
Coordinate between customers and the office team.
Maintain daily visit and call reports.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Above.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile and computer operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
For Field Executive: Must be comfortable traveling for field visits.
