Responsibilities:
- Manage return materials for GT, MT & Salon channels (delivered & returned shipments) Handle wrong material delivery cases and ensure timely resolution Track and close return requests within defined timelines
- Damage & Shortage Management: Investigate damage and shortage cases thoroughly Arrange and review CCTV footage for discrepancy analysis Identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Finance & Documentation: Prepare MIS reports for returns, damages, and shortages Process Credit Notes (CN) accurately in the system Coordinate with Finance team for CN approval and closure
- Reverse Logistics: Arrange reverse pickups for damaged/interchanged materials Ensure proper tracking and documentation of reverse shipments
- Forward Shipment Backup: Support forward shipment operations during peak or absence Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Courier teams Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and service timelines
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of logistics & supply chain operations (forward & reverse)
- Experience in returns management, damage & shortage handling
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis (Excel)
- Knowledge of Credit Note (CN) processing and documentation
- Good understanding of order processing, dispatch & shipment tracking
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Courier)
- Ability to manage high-volume operations within defined timelines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
