Job Summary
P'Square Interior Furnishing Ltd is looking for a seasoned and result-oriented Sales Head – Home Interior & Furnishing to lead and expand its residential interior sales operations in Kochi and Pathanamthitta. This leadership role requires strong domain expertise in home interiors or furniture, proven team management capability, and a strategic approach to driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across multiple locations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive conversion of high-value home interior and furnishing projects
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, builders, developers, and channel partners
- Expand referral networks, showroom sales, and partner-driven channels
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
Client Engagement & Closure
- Oversee the client journey from enquiry to deal closure
- Support sales teams in negotiations and high-value client interactions
- Ensure a seamless handover to design and execution teams
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Review sales MIS, revenue reports, and collection status
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth billing and collections
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of sales experience in home interiors, furnishings, or furniture industry
- Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams
- Strong exposure to residential interior projects and solution-based selling
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of home interior, furniture, and furnishing products
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Ability to manage multi-location sales operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with premium or modular home interior brands
- Strong architect and builder network in Kerala
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
Language Proficiency (mandatory)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation will be in line with company policies and commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The salary is from ₹30,000 per month plus incentive and may increase based on the candidate’s skills and experience.
