Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented Farm Sales Division Head to lead and grow our Farm Sales Division as an independent business vertical. This role is focused on driving farm plot sales, sales strategy, marketing, customer experience, channel partner development, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the Farm Sales Division with complete ownership and accountability.
· Drive sales, marketing, and business development for farm plot projects.
· Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
· Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
· Develop and strengthen channel partner and broker networks.
· Enhance customer experience from enquiry to post-sales support.
· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Registration, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance metrics for management.
· Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
· 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in plotted developments, farm plots, land sales, or villa projects.
· Proven experience in leading a business unit, sales division, or profit center.
· Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, channel partner management, and customer relationship management.
· Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Reporting To: Chairman / Group Leadership
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
