Position: Sales Manager (Male/Female) – Solar Business
Job Responsibilities:Generate new leads for solar installation projects (Residential & Commercial).
Visit customers at their location to explain solar solutions.
Conduct site visits and basic assessment.
Prepare quotations and close sales.
Follow up with potential clients.
Maintain customer relationships and after-sales coordination.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (Any stream) – MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience in Solar / Electrical / Construction / Real Estate sales preferred.
Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
Experience:
1–3 years in field sales (Solar industry preferred).
Good knowledge of solar products (panel, inverter, subsidy process – advantage).
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in customer handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM.
Must be comfortable for field visits.
Requirements:
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Valid driving license.
Ready for customer visits.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
