About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader to lead and manage our IT Infrastructure Support team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ITIL Processes, ITSM, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) while demonstrating excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers and technical support professionals.
- Provide technical guidance and act as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and system availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical infrastructure incidents.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) strategies.
- Ensure regular backup verification and disaster recovery testing.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, including access control, firewall management, and system hardening.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address security vulnerabilities.
- Manage infrastructure vendors, procurement activities, and service provider relationships.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT infrastructure.
- Assist in infrastructure budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with application, development, and security teams to deliver integrated IT solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and infrastructure reports.

Pay: ₹54,166.66 - ₹60,000.00 per month
