About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and ownership-driven IT Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of responsibility for IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, scalability, and uninterrupted business operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complete IT operations, including hardware, software, networking, servers, and system administration.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues with minimal escalation.
- Plan, monitor, and execute IT upgrades, enhancements, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
- Lead software installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Manage user access controls, endpoint security, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve IT policies, SOPs, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and hardware partners.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Support leadership in IT strategy, infrastructure planning, audits, compliance, risk management, and scalability initiatives.
- Monitor network performance and implement measures to enhance efficiency and security.
- Ensure timely IT support and seamless technology operations across all departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and take complete ownership of IT operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on strengthening, optimizing, and future-proofing IT systems.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, ERP systems, and enterprise IT tools.
- Experience handling IT audits, compliance requirements, and vendor management.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or ITIL will be an added advantage.
