We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of Frameworks, Cloud Platforms, and AI/ML Enablement solutions. The role requires a strong technical leader who can combine hands-on software development expertise with project execution and process management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading engineering teams, driving end-to-end project delivery, defining technical roadmaps, establishing development processes, and ensuring high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and experience managing complex technical projects involving cloud, AI/ML, and platform technologies.
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of framework, cloud, and platform solutions. Review software designs, code quality, and engineering best practices. Mentor team members and support technical growth across the organization. Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and development methodologies. Project Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end project execution from requirements gathering through deployment and support. Define project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Track project progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans. Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Ensure commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Process & Quality Management: Establish and improve software development processes and engineering workflows. Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and release management. Implement code review, testing, CI/CD, and quality assurance practices. Monitor team productivity and delivery metrics. Promote continuous improvement through automation and process optimization. Technology & Platform Development: Lead development activities involving cloud-native technologies, AI/ML frameworks, and software platforms. Support framework enablement, runtime optimization, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment initiatives. Drive observability, monitoring, scalability, and reliability improvements. Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and future platform direction.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. Strong programming experience in Python, C++, Go, Java, or similar languages. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud technologies, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proven experience leading engineering projects and managing technical teams. Experience working with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, or large-scale software systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with project execution and team leadership responsibilities.
