For Freelancer Position:
- Proven experience in client acquisition, recruitment, or staffing services.
- Existing client network and recruitment experience will be highly preferred.
Compensation Full-Time: Fixed 10k per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive & Recruiter who can drive client acquisition while managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, and successfully closing positions.
This is a dual-role opportunity for professionals who enjoy both sales and recruitment and want to grow in the staffing and talent acquisition industry.
Key Responsibilities : Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for permanent staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Present company services and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Follow up on proposals, agreements, and payment collections.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various industries.
- Update recruitment trackers and candidate databases regularly.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
