Satrang Play School is a nurturing and child-focused preschool committed to providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Head to lead our school operations and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the play school.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise teaching and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of early childhood education and child safety.
- Handle admissions, parent interactions, and student retention.
- Organize school events, activities, and parent engagement programs.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and local regulations.
- Support marketing and enrollment growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool, kindergarten, or school administration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Preschool Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Center Head.
- Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or B.Ed.
