We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Technical Content Writer who can create high-quality, clear, and engaging technical content. The ideal candidate should have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create well-researched technical content including:
- Blog articles
- Website content
- Product documentation
- User guides & manuals
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in technical content writing (depending on role level).
- Strong understanding of technical domains such as:
- Software development
- SaaS products
- Cloud computing
- APIs
- AI/ML (preferred but optional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Google Docs
- Grammarly
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Markdown/HTML
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with brand voice.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Maintain content consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
