We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems at customer locations. The candidate should provide technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites
- Perform maintenance and repair activities
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Respond to customer service requests on time
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
- Train customers on proper equipment usage when required
Required Skills
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and travel if needed
- Familiarity with service tools and maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
