The ideal candidate will have 1-3years of professional writing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content for websites, blogs, emailers, landing pages, product descriptions.
- Research industry-related topics and generate content ideas that align with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
- Collaborate with the SEO, design, and marketing teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows the latest trends and algorithms.
- Proofread and edit content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio of published articles or web content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
