Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 8–10 years of proven experience in Industrial IoT, Automation, Electronics, or Technology Product Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with industrial clients, identifying market opportunities, and providing valuable customer feedback to support product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new industrial customers across manufacturing, automation, utilities, energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial partners.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IoT, monitoring, automation, and industrial technology solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to translate customer requirements into product enhancements.
- Provide recommendations for product improvements, feature additions, and customization based on customer and market feedback.
- Guide internal teams regarding industry-specific requirements, standards, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer visits to expand market presence.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities and achievement of sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Industrial Automation) or related field.
- 8–10 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Proven experience in Industrial IoT, Automation, Industrial Electronics, Remote Monitoring Systems, Smart Devices, or related technology products.
- Strong network within manufacturing plants, industrial customers, OEMs, EPC companies, and system integrators.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert customer requirements into business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience in Industrial IoT platforms, sensors, gateways, data acquisition systems, automation products, or embedded technology solutions.
- Experience in product feedback management and supporting product development teams with customer-driven improvements.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
