Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer data in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the marketing and accounts team for smooth sales processes.
- Attend promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Real Estate Sales.
