Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates for interview status and joining formalities.
- Support daily recruitment operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
