Manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, engagement, and basic administration to support smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Assist in training and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policy compliance
- Provide basic administrative support
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and MS Office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
