- Cab Facility: Both-side cab available within service radius
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience required
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM
- Accuracy: 95%
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional manner
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain proper understanding of products, services, and processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously with efficiency
- Maintain quality standards, productivity, and response time
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
