Are you a results-driven Digital Marketing expert with a passion for driving online growth strategies on a global scale? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our digital marketing initiatives as a Global Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies that span across SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, performance marketing, growth marketing, and more.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Leverage your expertise in SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, and other digital channels to optimize online presence and drive targeted traffic.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of digital marketing specialists located across various regions. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and creativity.
Performance Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of data-driven performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. Analyse and interpret campaign data to refine strategies, optimize budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Adapt marketing strategies to cater to the nuances of different global markets.
Tool Utilization: Utilize a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms to streamline campaigns, analyse data, and measure performance. Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements to continuously refine toolsets.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies. Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, performance marketing, and growth marketing.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that led to measurable business growth.
Experience leading and managing a global team of digital marketing professionals.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams across different locations and backgrounds.
Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Certifications in relevant digital marketing disciplines are a plus.
