Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, Sales, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
- Ensure proper office maintenance and organization
- Submit daily and weekly administrative reports
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
Experience
- 6 Months – 2 years of experience in office administration preferred
Pay: ₹18,623.88 - ₹33,626.99 per month
