Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Chennai branch to achieve revenue, profitability and business growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT Infrastructure Rental, including laptops, desktops, servers, workstations, networking equipment, storage solutions and peripherals.
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, enterprise sales, corporate sales, channel partners and strategic alliances.
- Identify, qualify and acquire new corporate clients across SMEs, large enterprises, IT companies, manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, education, logistics and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue plans, business reports and market analysis for management review.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, procurement, finance and service teams for seamless order execution and customer support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery, service quality and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies and emerging business opportunities.
