Bakery Assistant
Location: Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru
Job Summary:
Bakery Assistant will support daily operations in a bakery by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking, maintaining cleanliness, and providing customer service. This role ensures products are made efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers in preparing dough, batters, fillings, and toppings
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, slicers)
- Prepare baked goods for display (packaging, labeling, arranging)
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and help with inventory or restocking supplies
- Serve customers, take orders, and handle basic transactions
- Support opening and closing duties of the bakery

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
