Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator & Data Center Support Executive to manage IT infrastructure, provide macOS and system support, and handle data center operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system security, and reliable network performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
IT Administration

Manage user accounts, access rights, and systems (Email/Other Admin portals).

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

Provide technical support to employees (L1/L2 support).

Manage backups, antivirus, and security policies.
-
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
-
Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA.

macOS / System Troubleshooting
-
Provide end-user support for MacBooks, iMacs, and Windows systems.

Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and network issues.
-
Configure user profiles.
-
✅ Data Center Operations
-
Handle server installation, rack/stack, and cabling.
-
Monitor servers, storage, and network devices.
-
Manage UPS, power, cooling, and environment controls.
-
Perform routine maintenance and health checks.
-
Support disaster recovery and backup operations.
-
Ensure compliance with data center security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics (preferred).
-
2+ years experience in IT support / system administration / data center operations.
-
Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS environments.
-
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
-
Experience with servers (Windows/Linux), backups, and virtualization is a plus.

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Familiarity with ITIL processes.
